In a RACF environment, the SMF Type 80 records can help.

To be running SYSTEM SSL data set SYS1.SIEALNKE should be listed in the
PROGRAM class.

Tasks that are using SYSTEM SSL in secure mode will show use of programs
called GSKxxx (but not GSKSSL that gets called in non-secure mode).
You can use the TSO command RACFRW to list all the TYPE 80 records then
search for GSK.

Subject: How to find out what STCs are using SSL?
Sent by: IBM Mainframe Discussion List <[email protected]>

We are looking to implement AT-TLS at my site, but I need to find out
if any STCs are doing SSL in their own address space. Are there
commands or SMF records that can be looked at to determine this?
