That's a long standing problem with SO's 3270 support.

ITYM BAD. Have you tried submitting an RFE with a solid business case?

Does IBM still have a duty manager and an escalation process? That
response is unprofessional and unacceptable.
I'm a TSO bigot but CP's handling of unsolicited messages on a 3270 is
much cleaner.
