Your last point is substantially true but the villain if you will is not SHARE. SHARE does not upload anyone's presentations. The speakers do or do not upload handouts, and in my experience, SHARE and otherwise, the "big deal" speakers never do. I think they think it helps keep the formula for their secret sauce secret. Helps preserve the aura of mystery.
