Being a speaker, I understand that. I also understand that sometime "big deal" speakers get some hand holding from the conference organizers. In some cases it might be a case of not wanting to expose their "weak sauce." ;) I don't think Tom Rosamilia falls into that category, but it's still aggravating to not be able to point people to copies of the keynotes.
