Ther's also /bin/submit, which uses Rexx SYSCALL submit.  SYSCALL submit
enforces FB/80.  /bin/submit can read from any UNIX path, including a pipe.

If this affects ordinary TSO/E users, not just customizers, shouldn't it
also be mentioned in:
    SUBMIT command
    z/OS TSO/E Command Reference
    SA32-0975-00
