Typically I will generate the report for the vendor.
Is there a reason they are looking for the RAW info?  That is found in 
SYS1.LOGREC or you may have a job that runs daily that offloads it to a GDG for 
historical reference.
Does the vendor have an NDA signed with your company?  That sometimes needs to 
be in place before providing such data.
