If you want to select all RSU PTFs except for RSU1510, then the above,
or this will work:
SOURCEID(RSU*) EXSRCID(RSU1510)
But every PTF with an RSU sourceid is *recommended*. Why do you want to
exclude any recommended PTF? I'm just sayin'.
