I'm curious about the price of this tool.
Assuming I'm on current level of COBOL compiler I hav the following choice:
a) Do nothing. My programs won't be optimized (except regular release
changes). I'll loose some CPU cycles.
b) Buy COBOL Binary Optimizer (CBO) and optimize all my programs with
it. I pay for the tool, but I'll save some CPU cycles.
c) Instead of buying CBO just recompile all (most) of my code. It is
definitely more time consuming than use of CBO, so I pay for people
work, get some CPU cycles, avoid spendings on CBO. Plus some risk.

What's the best choice?
