Well, I wrote about memory. Memory cannot be upgraded as CoD, however
CIU is possible (CIU - Customer Initiated Upgrade, permanent upgrade
done by customer at the moment chosen by customer at the previously
negotiated price).
Rules for CoD capacities available are pretty simple, BTW. At least when
compared to memory options.
