Yes.  You need to install PTF UI90031, which documents the enhancement, along 
with the APARFIX for PI54862, to fix a bug.  Also, if you have SISFLOAD in LPA, 
you will need to STEPLIB to this data set in the SDSFAUX proc.  You probably 
will need to SAF-protect new resources such as ISF.CONNECT.**, and protect the 
new commands.
