I stand corrected; I had it exactly backward (I intended the reverse.)
But the prior ply used "ex sysproc(logon)", and SYSPROC is conventionally
a DDNAME.  And by Jesse's clarification, that means:
    EXEC 'tso-pref.SYSPROC.CLIST(LOGON)'

The EX command.
