An unintentional repeat. And yes the PDSE's along with all datasets are shared between both sysplexes as all dasd is shared. Not ideal but it is what it is so I was looking for a solution.

Ted and Radoslaw and others warned in that thread that PDSE datasets are NOT to be shared across SysPlexes! Tom Marchant also asked (and is still waiting for an answer) on 10 March whether your PDSE were shared across Sysplexes or not.
