What version of SCRT are you running?

As of now, SCRT v23.7.0 and v23.13.0 supports these releases:

Version 2 Release 1 of z/OS (5650-ZOS) and later
Version 1 Release 1 of z/OS (5694-A01) and later <---- This is for you!
Version 1 Release 3 of z/OS.e (5655-G52) and later

As with all (?) IBM products, SCRT is backward compatible with previous
products and SMF records.

The very lowest z/OS version mentioned in 'Using the Sub-Capacity Reporting
Tool' is 'z/OS V1R6', but that is about APARs and time setting.

As long you keep each LPAR SMF data collected in its own dataset and then run
the supplied SCRT on all of them as input, you should be able to run it. Just
check the CSV files before formal submitting.

As of today, 12 April 2016, it is somewhat very late to submit for March 2016.
I said "somewhat", because you may supply an excuse why you're late.

HTH!
