Only after I'd figured it out myself. Of course there's still a tendency to think that it somehow costs more to rotate the bits all the way around, and it'd be faster/cheaper to rotate them the "shortest way" to their destination. Well. who knows - maybe on an 8008 or something it does. But as we know, modern machines don't work the simplistic way they are described.
