Ah, yes. Similar to an incorrect VARY command at IPL time. Or a typo in the IO 
config setup... Been there, got many T-shirts for those 'fun' times...

But this 'P 00E' command is a 'winner' in a way...

What about the poor patients? Were any sensitive life saving equipment 
disrupted by that outage? Or do they have backup systems in place?
