Step-name not displayed correctly (z/os 2.2)

​I am running a job with two steps: COMPILE and LINKEDIT. step-names are
not displayed correctly, both has a value of x'7ffffbad'. the jobs are
doing what they were expected to do. Any idea why step-names are corrupted?
