I found this same problem with our own zpdt box, ITschak.
I didn't solve it as such - just replaced the program module with one from a 
working system.
From memory, that same thing happened with all releases for the z/os v2.1 
support, too.

Yes. But this is a defalt exit we use on ower zpdt box. Almost 100% vanila.
