Thanks Tony, That certainly helps with part of the problem. Now the issue is the font changes that went with this change. The fonts for the top section of the SR are very large but the the "Service request update history" part (ie the text that is the main part of the SR) is in very tiny font. This the text takes up less than 25% of the screen and the other 75% is white space. Doug
