Love it or hate it, 'no change' is a nonsensical answer. I updated an SR on 18 August--just over a week ago. The page certainly did not look this way then. The change is striking.
In the responder's defense, it's not uncommon for support personnel to be given 'new software' well in advance of GA. This person may have had the new version for some time without realizing it was beta. It's certainly new to the rest of us. . .
