The S322 abend occurs when the TIME= on the JOB or EXEC statement is exceeded. So the job does have one and you must be able to find out where it originates from, possibly from JES2PARM JOBCLASS statement. You can override the time with the TIME=nnn or TIME=NOLIMIT parameter (if exits allow this).
