I think maybe this discussion is for the Early Address Spaces, that
among other things, create SMF 30 subtype 6 interval records instead
of subtype 3s. My notes list these as known Early Address Spaces
that create subtype 6's:

about the RACF subsystem address space called RACF? If so, this is *not* a
required function.
