Venkat, Go to https://dovetail.com/solutions.html and get yourself a copy of their utterly fine product Co:Z SFTP, which will enable you to do exactly what you want. The installation doc has examples which will have you sftp-ing sequential and PDS datasets in no time. And best of all, you may use the product free of charge under their community license.
