Yeah, I gave it a shot.  Even many years ago when I did something that reviewed 
LOGREC, it really did not do any analysis, just built a web page(s) with an 
index.

I guess MXG or CBTTAPE File 47, both use SAS to read the LOGREC data set, but 
from there you would have determine what analysis you want, hardware or 
software?  (and all the subcategories for them, tape, disk, other?)

A Google searc with "analysis of logrec" resulted in some things, but mostly 
priced services.

Thank you - I have tried this and it is a simple way to run IFCEREP1 but there 
is no analysis - it does make it easier to use however.
