I then removed the say and BPXWDYN commands as well changing the OMVS path. Also I inserted OutRec.0 = 50 after the do loop. Still nothing. Buth thanks anyways, I now have a good example of ALLOC statement with a path keyword. I will again review your REXX program later when I have some free time.
