I thought that I did more than "imply". I pretty directly stated my opinion. I did not notice any further question. Even looking at the archive, I see no such follow-on question. But maybe I still missed it. I also wrote that the documentation seemed (to me) likely to be incorrect. In any case, when you wrote that your call to IEAVPSE did not return and that you abended, the first questions anyone would have are what abend code and what reason code and why don't you have recovery and what did the abend code / reason code tell you about the error? You never posted what abend you got, did you?
