"From what I see" is not sufficient evidence. We do not know what you are using for "eyesight". We have no idea what your code truly is. How do we know that you coded correctly? We have no idea how you invoked IEAVPSE2 or in what environment. We have no idea how you set the FRR. EUT=YES? We have no idea what your FRR code is. We have no idea what WTO you are issuing and from where. Branch-entry? What diagnostics do you have for the 0C1? What is the breaking event address? Did you consider that maybe your FRR did get control, but is coded incorrectly and took a wild branch? What is in logrec? DId you take a dump (even if by SLIP)? What is in the SDWA? These are all basic diagnostic questions. You cannot make valid conclusions when you have insufficient data. Those who would try to help need information, not surmises.
