Hi Peter and Steve, many thx for your posts. Peter, do you think that if I did a DFDSS DUMP with DELETE PURGE against Steve file and then DFDSS RESTORE, ISPF I for that restored file (i'm assuming to also an EAV dasd volume) will be different = not showing job and step names ??
