BPXAS were introduced with OS/390 V1.3, IIRC. ASCH initiators might still be in 
use for other things but not for fork() and non-local spawn().


In this sense, "D A,..." processing should have bee updated to us a different 
"type" for the new BPXAS instead of continuing to show them as "AO". "AO" is 
ambiguous nowadays.
