I just logged on. I did get a notification prior to the IPL titled "z
Systems change to ciphers - IBM z Systems Dallas ISV Center"
On 26 Feb 2017, APAR OA51519 will be implemented in the z/OS
environments and APAR PI36885 will be implemented in the CICS
environments. These APARs change the default cipher support.
There was a URL included for more information that worked last week, but
seems to be unavailable now.
I use Vista TN3270 to connect, SSL/TLS option selected is "TLS V1.0"
