Dave, Thankfully, no CA-ROSCOE. But your post is a good heads-up for those that do have it.

If so, they weren't handing CYL_MANAGED=ALLOWED correctly, and sysout viewing from Roscoe would fail for any sysout created after the CYL_MANAGED change. Separately, and unreleted, CA-ROSCOE wasn't handing the effects of a $MSPL command either. Since Roscoe reads spool directly. I had consolidated our TECH spool volumes into one larger volume, and did the $MSPL command to be able to consolidate, and remove the old volumes. Roscoe promptly failed with spool errors too. Sadly, both the CYL_MANAGED and $MSPL commands have been around for years.... _________________________________________________________________ Dave Jousma Manager Mainframe Engineering, Assistant Vice President [email protected] 1830 East Paris, Grand Rapids, MIĀ 49546 MD RSCB2H p 616.653.8429 f 616.653.2717 -----Original Message----- From: IBM Mainframe Discussion List [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Richards, Robert B.
