If you are lucky enough to get thru to them, please report back how you established contact. I tried to contact them shortly after Jolly sold to Brandon asking why they hadn't cashed my check for support renewal. TO this date I have had no response to my inquiries. It would be nice to know if anyone else is getting thru to them.
I like the tool and would like to get current but I'd rather not have to buy the product all over again.
