Yeah, that was always my experience when it was Jolly. I'd contact them one day and within a day or two I either had an explanation about what was wrong, or a fix. Great support. Since going to Brandon, well, 'nuff said.

I tried to contact them shortly after Jolly sold to Brandon asking why they hadn't cashed my check for support renewal. TO this date I have had no response to my inquiries.
