There is more than one way to specify LE options. Specifying on the PARM also 
relies on the CBLOPTS LE option for the exact format.

Are you saying it doesn't work for OPT 1 or 2? NOOPT is tolerated for existing 
cars, it shouldn't be used for new stuff.
