I believe so. As I said, SETRP is a "set bits in the SDWA" function, not a
"do this now" function.

If I issue several SETRP macros in a recovery routine, and one of the SETRPs
specifies DUMP=YES, I suspect the dump is taken when the Recovery Routine
ends and before The Retry Routine receives control.
