The PTF is for DB2. PTF UI28808 is for A10. A10 is for DB2 V10.
If you do not have the FMID for DB2 V10 in your GLOBAL zone, you could see messages like: NO APPLICABLE ++VER Verify the Global zone you are using for the RECEIVE contains the FMIDs needed to do the RECEIVE I am not sure it is an RSU issue. Rather than receiving selective maintenance, you should consider receiving all PTFs on all RSUxxxx. That way you can selectively APPLY them but all needed fixes will be available. When you select only certain fixes to RECEIVE, you may run into a condition where you need other fixes you did not receive to apply it. By just doing a blanket RECEIVE you do not need to worry so much about pre-reqs. Note: If you search IBM KC with APPLICABLE ++VER you would find this entry The "NO APPLICABLE ++VER" message does not usually indicate a problem. The ESO tape may contain PTFs for multiple versions of the same product, but the only PTFs received will be those for which there are FMIDs present in your SMPE global zone.
