SYS1.SIEKLNKE is part of link list and apf authorized library and used by XCFAS and LLA.
To rename it, we un allocated the linklist and then P LLA and then tried renaming the dataset but stilll getting same issue. now, I thought of creating new dataset in different volume as current one and then uncatalog the current dataset and then rename the new dataset to current one. I hope this should work. But I am still surprised that why after un allocating the linklist and then P LLA command, system is not allowing me to rename current dataset. please suggest.
