I can't recall ever seeing SYS1.SIEKLNKE. However, there is a PDSE named SYS1.SIEALNKE, and it is always on the linklist, together with SYS1.LINKLIB, SYS1.MIGLIB, SYS1.CSSLIB, and SYS1.SIEAMIGE, right after SYS1.CSSLIB, even if you did not specify any of them.
