I think you would risk trademark issues as well as name collision issues if you 
used iBM. And yes, IBM claims the entire space AAA-I99 or perhaps J99, 
including IBM. I suspect all of the assignments are case-insensitive or what is 
the right word? Cross-case or case-agnostic? Something like that.

Are assigned prefixes case sensitive?  I assume "IBM" is registered to IBM by 
IBM.  Does this include all 8 letter case variants?
