Is it possible to invoke a program in JCL as EXEC PGM (the actual program name, not BPXBATCH et al) and have that program be able to load a DLL from the Unix file system? I believe the answer (currently) is no, because it appears that JOBLIB/STEPLIB only works with PDS/PDSE libraries, but I want to make sure I'm not missing something.
