Add to CERTAUTH:
tss add(certauth) digicert(DigiGRCA) +
dcdsn(cert.certauth.digigrca) +
lablcert('DigiCert Global Root CA') +
trust target(=)
And for each SMPE user:
tss add(userid) keyring(SMPRing) +
ringdata(certauth,DigiGRCA) +
usage(certauth) target(=)
