I'm not sure who to ask at IBM, so I'll see if anyone on the list knows the answer. I noticed that testcase.boulder.ibm.com was on the list of servers getting a new cert. Currently when sending or pulling from this server I do it in an unsecured fashion. Has there been an announcement that unsecured access is going away for this server?
