Abend 602 has only reason 0 and it is always because the provided ASCB address is incorrect. Either the ASCB cannot be referenced at all or the acronym is not 'ASCB'.
In this case the system attempted to obtain the local lock of the ASCB that you designated and IEAVESLK said "bad ASCB" and issued 073-C. And then, quite possibly, POST converted that 073-C to 602-0. The "time of error" registers are for the 073-C. That is not where the reason code is in the SDWA.
