This fixed my zosmf problems under zOS v2.3...and be sure to look at the comment section...there was another helpful hint there. If the these messages do not indicate the cause of the problem, contact the IBM Support Center. I've looked in IZUSVR1 STDOUT - that only contains the startup messages and STDERR is empty. So the hint I need - where are these logs they want me to look at? And yes, I've tried different browers, Firefox, Edge, Chrome, Internet Exploder all produce the same message.
