Interesting that that was one of the big issues in getting T-mobile permission to operate in the US -- the percentage of ownership held by T-kom/Deutsche Telekom. Same problem with the Sprint/Deutsche Telekom/France Telecom conglomerate that was Global 1 back in the 90s.
