If it is unknown I think that is the why. I am reaching here but I think that is a adrssu restrictions. Other packages like DMS (If its still marketed) did this with the greatest of ease. Again my memory is dim but there is a way around this but I have always disliked it as the syntax stinks, IMO. Once you get it to work its all down hill but it does tape a patience.)
