Sue,thank you for correcting the inexcusable error so quickly. It was, however, unnecessary to post what may look as reasonable justification to you. To me "improve customer experience" is always announcing a step back in service, usability, availability. It's the current management buzzword to justify whatever nonsense they impose on us.
