In a 2 port per CHPID card (4 ports in a card), to use OSA/SF, is 1 OSAD unit
required per port (for a total of 4), or is 1 OSAD unit enough per CHPID/PCH
(for a total of 2).
You need 1 OSAD per CHPID, in other words 1 OSAD per two ports.
Caution: you wrote about 2 CHPID per card. It is NOT true for many
years, that means OSA-Express6s, 5s and 4s have 1 CHPID per card.
The last card with two CHPIDs per card was OSA-Express3, the long one,
for older I/O Cage or I/O Drawer. It was standard feature of z196, newer
machines could use it as Carry Forward only.
