Charles, Have you considered writing an SPO (Secondary Program Operator) and issuing the D NET command you want? Then you will get exactly the same information back which you say has everything.
You just need a definition in VTAMLST for your APPL and you can run it from TSO or anywhere. Is there a VTAM macro or call that will return machine-readable status information for an LU? I am looking for information more or less equivalent to what D NET,ID=luname returns but in a program-friendly rather than human-friendly format. I RTFMs but perhaps I am Ring the wrong FMs. Thanks, Charles ---------------------------------------------------------------------- For IBM-MAIN subscribe / signoff / archive access instructions, send email to [email protected] with the message: INFO IBM-MAIN ---------------------------------------------------------------------- For IBM-MAIN subscribe / signoff / archive access instructions, send email to [email protected] with the message: INFO IBM-MAIN
