Norfolk sent ships to sea. Power companies have called in extra crews, FEMA and National Guard have deployed. Several evacuation routes are one-way inland with an estimated 1 million evacuees. One of things FEMA tracks is Waffle House Index; ie. how many closings are there. Haven't heard a number yet...
