Regarding DIAGxx REUSASID: you really ought not to use this. This is
provided solely in case you are wont to incorrectly specify REUSASID=YES
when starting a job even if the target program does not support it. In
looking at the doc, I noticed this typo which I will get corrected:
YES
A reusable UID is assigned.
which should, of course, be ASID not UID.
